Hosting
The application is hosted on secure third-party cloud infrastructure. Photo storage is provided by a dedicated cloud storage service.
Intellectual Property
The SparkShot brand, logo, interface, and source code are the property of the publisher. AI-generated photos are produced by third-party AI models; usage rights belong to the organizer and participants as per the AI provider's usage policies. User-uploaded overlays and themes remain the property of the uploading user.
Image Rights (Droit à l'image)
Under French law (Article 9 of the Civil Code), every person has the right to their image. By using SparkShot: participants consent to AI transformation of their photo; participants can request immediate removal of their photos; event organizers are responsible for informing participants about the service; photos are not used beyond the scope of the event unless the participant chooses to share them.
